Ingredients ½ cup (120 ml) extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsps (30 ml) red wine vinegar 1 tbsp (15 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tbsp (15 g) Dijon mustard 1 tsp (5 g) minced garlic ½ tsp (1 g) dried oregano leaves ¼ tsp (1 g) table salt or to taste 1 pinch black pepper or to taste Instructions Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to a mason jar and secure the lid tightly.½ cup (120 ml) extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsps (30 ml) red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp (15 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 tbsp (15 g) Dijon mustard, 1 tsp (5 g) minced garlic, ½ tsp (1 g) dried oregano leaves, ¼ tsp (1 g) table salt, 1 pinch black pepper Shake well for 30 to 40 seconds, until the dressing is emulsified and slightly thickened
