Nicolas Jay, L'Ensemble Pinot Noir other_regions_italy refined and understatedThe 2018 Pinot Noir L'Ensemble is the first iteration of this cuve, which is made up of fruit sourced from across several appellations. It has scents of cranberries, bitter citrus, tea leaves, mushrooms and desiccated roses. The medium bodied palate is powerful and fresh with concentrated flavors and bright sparks of citrus and floral character. Despite its generosity, it's plush and easy to drink straight from the bottle.
