The glow in the dark fabric must be charged under bright lights for a hour or two before you go out (longer is better but the brightness of the light you use to charge is most important) and then will glow softly for a few hours in dark clubs or raves

Lighter colours of PVC like latex can be stained by darker PVC colours (especially if they touch for too long)
