this is clearly very classy and textured if tight juice that will require 7 to 10 years to be at its best

The palate is wonderfully complex and moreish

along with mineral and vanilla nuances that gain strength as the wine opens up

as is the case with the vintages of the 1990s

It's forward, charming, textured, and balanced, with plenty of classic Alban character. I'd be happy to drink it.
