This is a beautiful piece - I’ve included extreme close-ups

Condition: It is in excellent condition - very clean and looks like it saw little or no use

but I believe that it is silk or a silk blend - the blouse is made of chiffon

It measures 16 1/2" across its top strand

The fabric is made of a waterproofed polyester cotton blend and features a plaid pattern in red, brown and black. The raincoat has a matching belt, but I neglected to photograph it with the waist cinched. It also comes with its original carrying pouch. It has a long and pointy collar and a pleat down the center back. It does up with five leather buttons down the front and also has a leather button
