aged and stained paper that has been printed with a copy of an 1800s letter

There is an ivory fabric underneath. The wood is worn and smooth from use. Thumb screw is intact and works. The tiny glass pins are included. Pincushion is about 1 1 2 across. Entire piece is about 4 1 2 tall with thumb screw all the way in.
