Large Antique French Gilt Bronze Gothic Church Altar Jesus Statue Griffins Candlestick 1890 Sculpture The painting is beautifully &A fine & large 33" tall antique French Gothic ecclesiastical gilt bronze "Vive Jesus" candlestick, circa 1890. The candlestick is very finely cast of heavy gilt bronze, the top having a pierced and reticulated sconce decorated with scroll work and fleur des lis, with a central candlestick holder, below is an octagonal cuff with Fleury shaped crosses. The column having a stylized ring of thorns cuff supported with a Corinthian style capital, below is a
