The 2008 Barolo Riserva has barely budged since I tasted it a year ago

and those from better sites undergo malolactic fermentation and maturation in barrels of assorted age

but without any heaviness

This too should drink well on the early side while being able to repay a few years of cellaring

I would give it a few more years to see where it goes
