Its a ceramic Paris themed Scotch decanter made in Japan, probably post war, 1950s or early 60s. The decanter has a centre cut out that is filled by a Frenchmans head. At the front of the decanter surrounding the Frenchman are images of the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame Cathedral. The finial is printed with Scotch and has a cork bottom and comes off to access the bottle. He is in very good condition with
