Bottled in June 2009 (a run of 1,722 bottles), the nose has improved since I last tasted it in April 2010. It has attractive transparency and finesse with gentle aromas of dried honey, quince, lavender, hazelnut and lanolin all beautifully defined. The palate is one of texture
