Cuilleron, Cote Rotie Madiniere Vintage:2016 We wanted to make aDeep ruby. Mineral accented blackberry, cherry compote, licorice and candied violet aromas are energized by a cracked pepper nuance. Juicy and broad on the palate, offering sappy dark berry, candied violet and salty olive flavors and a hint of cured meat. Becomes sweeter with air and finishes spicy and very long, with rounded tannins and lingering florality. Josh Raynolds
