collar and loops are made of black velvet

It does up with a single button at the neck and a fur hook and loop at the waist

Antique Figural Bisque Planter with Dutch Boy Figurine 1910s The coat does up theThis is an antique figural bisque planter with two compartments. It features a figure of a 19th century Dutch boy (judging by his hat) on its front and is further decorated with flowers. It has a top handle made in the art nouveau style. It measures 6 3 4 in width, 5 1 4 in height and 3 3 4 in depth. It has two small issues a chip to the bottom flower petal and the interior right hand is chipped, although you cant notice this unless viewing the piece
